NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that Black Hills/Kansas Gas Utility Company, LLC, a Kansas limited liability company D/BA Black Hills Energy and the City of South Hutchinson, Kansas will begin negotiations for a natural gas franchise in the city. The franchise will grant Black Hills Energy the right to construct, maintain, operate and extend a natural gas distribution in the streets, alleys, avenues, bridges and public places of the city.
Issues to be negotiated are:
The franchise fee
The term of the franchise
Black Hill Energy
