The South Hutchinson City Council has adopted Resolution No. 26-14, formally setting a public hearing to consider whether a structure located at 320 E. Avenue C should be condemned and ordered repaired or demolished. The hearing is scheduled for October 26, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at South Hutchinson City Hall, 2 South Main Street. Property owners, agents, lienholders of record, occupants, and other interested parties will have the opportunity to appear before the council and present evidence on whether the shed should be condemned or repaired. To ensure proper notification, the City Clerk is directed to mail certified notices to all parties of interest within three days of the resolution’s first publication and publish the resolution for two consecutive weeks in the Ninnescah Valley News.
